Received a message stating that a charge for $249.99 was being charged to me and I had to call this number back within 48 hours to cancel. Company is V Tech Solutions who I have never done business with. Was told to call 828-743-8357 but the call came from 281-697-0748 and came up as Sergio Garcia from Sugar Land Texas.

Received call from this number stating that: They were V Tech Solutions & with customer ID & a charge of $249.99 was made on an account & call this number to cancel within 48 hours.

We had the same code by robot saying we owe $249.99 for a
virus program etc. If I wanted to cancel, I had to call them back at 828-743-8357 for a refund within 48 hours of this call.
My husband and I agree this is something neither of us had ordered. We are not calling this scam back and we will report them to the FDIC.
